💎 Appointments & Deposits

• A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• Deposits in addition to the Donation amount.

• You may reschedule once directly with me if requested at least 8 hours before your appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 8 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and you may reschedule via my website.

• No-shows without notice also result in forfeiture of your deposit, 50% of the donation paid 24 hours prior to any future bookings or you forfeited your deposit and any future attempts to book will not be accepted.

• For online sessions, please ensure your device, camera, and audio are working before your session begins. Sessions may end early if technical issues or policy violations occur.

💸 Digital Content Refunds

• All digital content sales are final once email with link is sent (immediately after purchase) except where required by law.

• If a file is corrupted or inaccessible, I will provide a replacement link upon verification.

• Download links are secure, expire after your subscription ends.

• If your link expires or fails, contact me for reissue within [3 days] of purchase.
